Cosplaying+A short fanime rant

I wish i went for fanime 08 but it's in the US of the A....T_T damn it!!! im halfway around the world!!!

Well anyway, does anyone have any cosplay tips? I'm trying to get some material for a cosplay costume but i don't know what to do or who to cosplay T_T...

I'm thinking someone from bleach (because i can do L from DN already and it doesn't really take much effort...except for the hair...which sucks). I wanted to do one of the captains or Urahara or Ishida or Yoruichi or...SOMEONE...but I just don't know who to choose :(

And also, I would look weird as nell. Even the little version of her would be weird. I'm not little or adultish. I'm just....somewhere in between.

Which sucks.

Anyone of u tried cosplaying before? I could use some tips ^^;

And one more thing......fanime 08 was awesome wasn't it? :(

Lol im too busy half way around the world. All the fun stuffs are far away.

Well the thing my friends advice me about cosplaying is money, ask the taylor to do everything and end up paying tons for it, just get some examples like pics and theyll sort it up.

Lemme guess, Ishida lol! That wont cost a lot,but the weapon are urs to make.

lol. i can borrow stuff from my classmates. then i'll have the costume in no time XD

nah...i'd rather make them myself (behindinfinity!!! *lolz*) the captain/espada uniforms are cool tho....

I can pull off Kisuke Urahara with no effort at all, but I don't have the costume. If I dye my hair green I could pull off Sven from Black Cat, but agian I don't have the costume. Man, it really sucks being poor. I don't even has gas at my house and the water is cold enough to preserve a dead body for all eternity. I haven't been able to find a full version of Ichigo's hollow mask.

i'll bet u want to go to. i think there was some avatar stuff there too and i saw this video of 2 guys during fanime. one guy was dressed as a chicken and the other guy who was dressed up as that peter guy from family guy was fighting him T_T
